Acts of Disbarment

1. Submitting a check that cannot be negotiated for payment.

2. Physical attack on umpire or tournament official or director of the

association during, proceeding or immediately after a game.

3. Verbal abuse or threatening an umpire, tournament official or director of

the association.

4. Fighting, using unsportsmanlike conduct or derogatory acts that are

detrimental and not in the best interest of the association.

5. Destruction of property or abuse of hotel or motel property or failure to

pay hotel or motel bills.

6. By participating or permitting a fraudulent act to be perpetrated.

7. By knowingly competing with suspended or ineligible players.
