ISA/SSUSA Bid Process 

For all Bidders bidding on an event at the ISA/SSUSA convention, there will be two (2) presentations.  The first will be to the Board of ISA/SSUSA.  This meeting will contain about 8 people.  Hand outs and promotional type items are acceptable.  There will be a laptop for your technical needs.  You may use this for a slideshows or a PowerPoint.  Presentation are to be 5 - 10 minute.

The second presentation will be to the entire group attending the convention.  This will take place shortly after lunch on Friday in the groups last Open Meeting.  There will be NO technical equipment allowed in this presentation. Again presentations are to be 5 -10 minutes. All bidders are required to purchase a sponsorship package of your choice and must attend Exhibitors Night to be eligible for consideration.
