2011 MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
DIVISIONS OF PLAY:
The Capital Conference offers three (3) separate divisions of play
• Men's C
• Men's D
• Men's E
CONFERENCE MEMBERSHIP INCLUSIONS:
• Includes ISA sanction fees
• Includes SNA sanction fees
• Includes paid entry into five (5) Potomac Sports events
◦ 1 must be the ISA Eastern National Championship
◦ The remaining 4 can be any event held before August 15, 2011
• Includes a $25 discount to the Capital Conference Championship
• Includes 2 dozen game balls
• Includes 14 Capital Conference t-shirts
2011 MEMBERSHIP FEE:
• $1,350 per team if paid before March 10, 2011
• $1,450 per team if paid before April 10, 2011 (50% deposit req'd by March 10th for this option)
◦ After using your four (4) pre-paid tournaments, members will receive a $25 discount on each additional tournament played before September 30th.
Joining the Capital Conference will save your team over $400 this year!
CONFERENCE FACTS:
• $25 from every team entry fee will be added to the Capital Conference Championship fund at every event held in April, May, June, July & August.
• In 2010, over $10,000 in cash and product were awarded at Capital Conference events. Even bigger prize packages are scheduled for 2011.

Capital Conference events will award cash, prizes, championship points and/or post-season berths.
IMPORTANT- If joining the Capital Conference, please be aware of the following:
1) Capital Conference Membership fees are non-refundable.
2) Paid entries to the Eastern National cannot be transferred to another date.
3) Paid entries to the remaining four (4) must be used before August 15, 2011.
4) Paid entries cannot be used for the Capital Conference Championship.

• 3rd Place = 40 pts
• 4th Place = 30 pts
• 5th Place = 20 pts
• 6th Place and lower 10 pts

• Men's C- August 20, 2011 Pinecliff Park in Frederick, MD
• Men's D- August 20, 2011 Pinecliff Park in Frederick, MD
• Men's E- August 27, 2011 Carroll County Sports Complex in Westminster, MD
WHO QUALIFIES FOR THE CAPITAL CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP:
• Capital Conference members
• ISA MD State Champions
• ISA VA State Champions
• SNA MD State Champions
• SNA VA State Champions
• 6 at-large teams based on Capital Conference points
◦ At-large teams must have played in the ISA or SNA state championship
◦ At-large teams must have played in at least three (3) Potomac Sports events in 2011
SEEDING FOR THE CAPITAL CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP:
• Byes (if any) are awarded based on your Capital Conference points position.
• All remaining game assignments are chosen by random draw
